Hello, my name is Karla Burgoin Ruiz, I was born in San José del Cabo, I am 19 years old, I am an international business student, sports have always been part of my life. Currently, I am certifying myself as a bodybuilding, powerlifting, crossfit and bodybuilding personal trainer. My history of a knee injury begins in 2016, without me knowing that it was really an injury. When playing volleyball, during all my games I had discomfort while jumping, I got tired, the discomfort connected from my knee to my lower waist and it was a real horror, until I stopped training because of the pain in 2020, by January 2022 I started with very strong pain in the left knee, I could no longer stand or walk. So I connected with CIFO and Dr. Luis Alberto Cárdenas attended me. My first diagnosis was that the cartilage was swimming through the bag that covers the knee. I need a knee arthroscopy operation, to resume my daily life,walk better at work , and in training my goal is to get certified because I would like to compete as a bodybuilder, and I just started my training this year. 1. Be a patient with orthopedic problems.
2. Be a patient with problems that can be solved surgically.
3. That the surgical procedure be a procedure that CIFO can do with its team of specialists.
4. Primary cases, not revision surgeries of patients who have previously been operated on by a medical team other than CIFO, or who are under follow-up by other doctors, or with sequelae.
5. That the cost of the procedure can be subsidized with the fund that operArte is seeking to obtain.
